3.2. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

All digital courses, resources, downloads, and educational materials are strictly non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund once you:

Access any course materials
Receive access to any member areas
Begin streaming any video or audio content
Open or download any digital files
We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that do not comply with these terms.

4.2. Language Standard

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all language learning materials and content are created using Standard Igbo (Igbo Izugbe), which is the standardized written and spoken form of Igbo used in education. We acknowledge that Igbo, like all languages, has regional variations and dialects. While we may occasionally reference or include content about regional variations, our primary teaching materials focus on Standard Igbo. Users understand and agree that the Igbo language taught through our platform may differ from specific regional variants they are familiar with. We make no guarantee or warranty regarding the applicability of our content to specific regional dialects.

4.3. User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting content to our platform, you:
